About the training

During our half-day training you will learn about how your organisation can start working towards becoming climate-neutral and climate-positive. The training covers the basic concepts from the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol and how credible calculations are made in accordance with the standard.

After the basic concepts have been introduced, the training continues with both good and bad examples of how companies communicate their sustainability efforts.

During the day, the participants will also begin working on their own climate strategy. The aim is to help the participant to formulate a climate strategy, set goals and design an action plan to reduce their climate impact. In the workshop the participants also discuss how the greenhouse gas reduction can be communicated in a credible manner.

About the Trainers

Catarina Larsson, Engagement Manager

Catarina is an experienced trainer and her areas of expertise are primarily in data calculations, supplier auditing and due diligence, with extra emphasis on the environment and anti-corruption field. Ever since her Master in Social-Ecological Resilience for Sustainable Development from Stockholm Resilience Center, Catarina has applied environmental and climate calculations for scenario- and life cycle analyses as well as for organizations’ processes.

Today, Catarina continuously supports larger organizations in both identifying, understanding and minimizing their environmental and climate impact.

Linnea Olofsson, Sustainability Advisor

Linnea Olofson is Sustainability Advisor at Ethos International with a focus on environment issues and climate strategy. Linnea continuously advises companies and organizations on how to reduce their climate impact through climate strategy, action plan and goal-setting. Additionally, Linnea has experience in performing climate calculations according to the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, reporting to the Carbon Dislcosure Project (CDP), performing scenario analysis and elaborating environmental reports.

Payment terms

The registration is binding and payment of the participation fee will be invoiced. The invoice will be sent once your participation is registered. Payment terms are 30 days net.

Cancellation and transfer of registration

In the event of cancellation, the participation fee will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the course event. After that, it is possible to transfer your registration to another person or receive a voucher that can be used at any of Ethos International’s trainings. The voucher can be used within twelve (12) months. The participant notifies Ethos International in writing to Max Berggren if the registration is to be transferred or if a voucher is requested no later than 2 days before the course event.
